Previously Assembled Flat-Pack Furniture
Flat-pack furniture can weaken each time it is dismantled and rebuilt. We inspect previously assembled items before work begins, but we cannot guarantee that damaged chipboard, enlarged fixing holes, or missing components can be restored to original strength. We will always tell you honestly if an item is too fragile to move safely.
Wall Fixing
Wall anchoring can be included where suitable. Customers must inform us about concealed pipes, cables, underfloor heating, and landlord restrictions. Specialist wall types or fixings may carry an additional charge.
What We Don't Do
We are not kitchen fitters or qualified electricians/plumbers
We won't force broken cam-locks into damaged chipboard without telling you
We can't assemble items with missing essential parts until replacements are sourced
Missing Parts?
If flat-pack furniture arrives with missing screws, panels, or instructions, we'll advise you on what's needed and can return once replacements arrive.
